WINNING DESIGN WITH UX IN MIND

THE CHALLENGE

Polo Custom Products had a website, but was in need of a design and UX overhaul to better reflect their passion for quality.

THE STRATEGY

To refresh Polo Custom Products’ branding and create a website that catered to visitors’ experience, as well as implement a marketing strategy targeting new and returning clients.

THE DESIGN

Initial steps taken were to expand the brand’s color palette, incorporating additional blues and grays to help enhance the brand image. The website design started with the reorganization of the sitemap to improve the navigation flow for the user. The homepage was created to emphasize high-level operational capabilities, as well as industries they’re present in, to help lead visitors to the appropriate page. By utilizing the header and footer space available, it is fairly easy for viewers to contact a representative to get a quote for their next project. With a long list of both projects they have done and manufacturing options, they’re capable of, the site needed to be broken down into consistent and easy-to-read sections. Graphics and images are used all throughout the website to continue engaging visitors with examples of what’s possible. An interactive timeline was introduced to help bring to life the company’s expansive history.

Marketing efforts focused on building and maintaining a long-term SEO plan that works alongside various Google Ad campaigns. Content is routinely created and published to their blog, offering visitors a never-stagnant web experience that provides users with a fresh and informational session.
