THE CHALLENGE

BOSS Railcar Movers came to Digital Lagoon when they were in the beginning stages of their business. With a great concept for the industry, they needed a website to market their product. We started with a temporary landing page to get them up and going.

THE PHOTOGRAPHY

We spent time choosing, cropping and mixing photography with the client.

THE DESIGN

As this was a brand-new site, we worked closely with BOSS throughout the entire process starting with the sitemap. We created a user-friendly flow and easy to find pages through proper titles. Many of the mock-ups started with wireframes as we then worked with BOSS to establish photography, icons, and copy for the site. The design aspect of this website encompasses a simple and modern look. We added items throughout the site such as angled blocks that tie into established marketing materials. The focus is on the imagery used throughout, and the convenience and ease of contacting BOSS. To do so, we inserted the phone number in the header, created a contact page, and added it in the footer as well.
